In manufacturing, ensuring the quality of the product is crucial. A product is put through multiple quality tests to ensure it is flawless and no more alterations are required.
Quality controls ensure that manufactured goods don't require modifications to fulfill final product specifications. Effective quality control ensures higher levels of client satisfaction. Throughout a production process, quality testing can be applied at multiple points, enabling us to identify the precise site of the problem and take the necessary action. When a product is picked, before it is entered into stock, and when it is ready to be shipped, utilize Odoo Quality to keep an eye on its quality. By establishing quality control points, manufacturers can program quality inspections to begin automatically at specific moments during the manufacturing process.
For to set the Quality control in Manufacturing module. Select the Operation from the menu and then select the Manufacturing Orders.
Select any one of the Manufacturing order before production start, has shown in below image.
Let's now analysis the quality of product during an operation. Manufacturing order for PUF Insulation panel HF100 product. Select the Work Orders tab has shown below.
In Odoo18 in this Work Orders tab there are several stages of Operations, In this tag you can check the Quality manually by clicking the start button.
